You only have fifty three actual areas , infact through the interviews you won't even be able to construct several structures, in a town however you will have to specialize , in that approach some towns will work as mines , other as farms , so they're simply promoting you what befoure were the useful resource small settlements in the maps .
with the only difference that now they were given a region and some constructions . but in effect can't be sieged , can't be defended .
Only one city counts now the capital of the province and this has just killed any historic plausibility that game may have had ...
